An AUD $20 million plus island programme covering demolition, asbestos and hazardous materials removal, contaminated soil and regulated waste disposal.
Project leadership and specialist contractor coordination, working within Class A nature reserve requirements and managing permit, SIMOPS, quarantine, biosecurity and logistics interfaces.
Delivered within the approved budget and schedule, with zero lost time injuries.
Marine recovery
Western Australia
Recovery of decommissioned tanker moorings and navigation buoys using a three-vessel spread and cargo barge, with onward transport and discharge of recovered infrastructure.
Planning, mobilisation and offshore execution support, coordinating vessel readiness, lifting and recovery methods, logistics and client interfaces. Included onshore review and approval of changes to buoy lifting arrangements, with Class A nature reserve, quarantine and biosecurity requirements carried into planning.
Campaign closed out following recovery of five spar buoy bodies, all six can buoy moorings and both swamp moorings, with recovered cargo discharged and vessels demobilised. No lost time injuries or environmental incidents were recorded.

Close-out of a Western Australian offshore field decommissioning programme, including the regulatory and operator requirements associated with title surrender.
